RYE YOUTH SOCCER

RYS, in conjunction with other towns in lower Westchester, is forming a Southern Westchester Soccer League.  This new league will play games on Sunday afternoons (times will vary from week to week) from April to June and games will be played both at home (Rye) and in lower Westchester communities.  Schedules will not be available until just prior to season’s start.

This league is being formed to fill a desire for a less competitive derivative of our travel soccer program.  The format will be similar but no scores or standings will be kept and no tryouts will be held for acceptance to a team.

All boys and girls who live in or attend school in Rye or Rye Brook in grades 3-6 who participate in our Saturday intramural program and do not yet play on a travel team will be eligible to play.  There will be no cuts.  Please note league participation will supplement our Saturday intramural program.  In order to participate in league games, children must participate in our Saturday program.
